Workshop Overview This workshop explores the importance of Effective Relationships in business and how this can either promote or hinder outcomes. Defines what relationships look like, how to manage effective working relationships and how to develop effective working relationships. Personal Brand is the sleeping giant of business and we define what your Personal Brand looks like, review whether its important to have a Personal Brand and the benefits of promoting your Personal Brand

Outcomes of the Workshop Business owners will gain an insight of the pitfalls of not managing Relationships in business and will identify and be able to prepare for blindspots that they may have which could impact on their bottom line. Leaving the workshop with a roadmap on how to identify your current Personal Brand v Ideal Personal Brand will enable business owners a blue print to mitigate their shortfalls which may be impending their ability to connect with their customers and clients.

Who is Cbeyond Coaching Cbeyond Coaching is an organisation that develops and builds capability in individuals and businesses through Coaching and Strategic Programs. Angivin Gunasehar is an Executive and CEO Advisor who has a broad experience in business. His previous positions include Manager Airports and Lounges Qantas Airways, Manager Service Quality Qantas Engineering, General Manager Jetstar Pacific (Vietnam startup), Manager Planning Aircraft Operations and Manager Integrated Operations Centre Qantas Airways. Angivin is passionate about people and has done a lot of work in rural Australia (Kimberly, Broome, North Queensland) working with Aboriginal Leaders developing them and their businesses. Qualifications include MBA Psychology and Coaching, BA Aviation, Psychometric Qualification, Certified Cultural Awareness Mentor, Lean Six Sigma.
