This workshop works with participants on how to build a Strategic Plan in a clear and outcome focused manner. This technique and method has been used for Top Tier companies however the methodology is transferrable to any business regardless of size and industry. The focus is set on a succinct Overview for what you are trying to achieve, looks at your Key Strategic Priorities, Clear KPI’s and Deliverables required in achieving your Business Strategy. Our workshop is interactive and allows participants to engage together and with the facilitator to ensure clarity is reached at every step.

Outcomes of the Workshop The workshop is designed for participants to understand the ‘Why’ you need a Business Strategy, ‘How’ to collate the key information and ‘When’ to start this process for your business. Angivin Gunasehar is an Executive and CEO Advisor who has a broad experience in business. His previous positions include Manager Airports and Lounges Qantas Airways, Manager Service Quality Qantas Engineering, General Manager Jetstar Pacific (Vietnam startup), Manager Planning Aircraft Operations and Manager Integrated Operations Centre Qantas Airways. Angivin is passionate about people and has done a lot of work in rural Australia (Kimberly, Broome, North Queensland) working with Aboriginal Leaders developing them and their businesses. Qualifications include MBA Psychology and Coaching, BA Aviation, Psychometric Qualification, Certified Cultural Awareness Mentor, Lean Six Sigma.
