Tracy ThorgersenPresident
Tracy has been a member of the Broome community for 15 years, a majority of her time there was working for Westpac Banking Corporation in the Kimberley Region as a local Bank Manager/Home Finance Manager. As her career progressed she found herself wanting a more challenging role with diversity and feeling the need to obtain and manage her own Business. She later decided to follow a path into something that she would love and enjoy, which became her own Business as a Registrar of Marriages throughout the Kimberley region offering people an escape into the outback with some secluded destinations to Wed. She has worked for the Attorney General's Department as an unpaid voluntary Justice of the Peace and the Department of Housing in Leasing, along with her own successful business.
She has also participated in organisations in her Community such as Rotary, Lions, Chair for the Small Business Centre West Kimberley for around ten years and Treasurer/ Secretary for Rotary and other clubs in her community. |

Introducing Stewart Milne, business owner of Optitax in Derby, and facilitates business advise on behalf of Kimberley Small Business Support.
Stewart has been an accountant for 7 years and has been residing in Derby for the last 3 years. Stewart holds a bachelor of business (Accounting and Finance) and also studied Corporations Law. Stewart has a real passion for small business growth and success and is also very community minded and has taken on the role as President of Derby Chamber of Commerce. |

Tevita is an experienced community engagement specialist, accredited financial counsellor and supervisor with a comprehensive work history in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, small business, and community services sectors. He is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Research focused on enhancing the financial well-being of the Kimberley mob. Tevita is a passionate advocate of strong financial well-being for indigenous people being a key to self-determination and economic empowerment. |
Caroline ConstantBoard Member - Kununurra

Caroline is a long-term resident of Kununurra (originally from Rio de Janeiro) and passionate about making a difference in the local community. Her experience covers roles including Administration Manager, Workplace Trainer, and Skills Centre Coordinator at Kimberley Group Training, and Manager of Research, Analysis and Economics at the Kimberley Development Commission. Caroline is also a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and currently works as a Lecturer of Business and Finance at North Regional TAFE. She operates her own online small business and contributes to a number of Boards including Kimberley Community Legal Services, Western Australian Institute of Educational Research, and now Kimberley Small Business Support (KSBS). Caroline hopes her participation in the KSBS Board helps small businesses in the Kimberley region to unlock their full potential. |
