Sophie has a Masters of Education and is an ICF Accredited Life Coach. Sophie has successful developed and managed 4 Agricultural businesses and has been involved in many community-based organisations including as Local Government Councillor, Chair of the Ord Valley Events Board and Treasurer/Secretary for the Kununurra Campdraft and Rodeo Association.
Sophie specialises in the creation, development and strategic direction of businesses and organisations and has been successful in a number of grant acquisitions. Sophie also has a strong business analysis acumen and can help troubleshoot business blockages or help grow great ideas.  
Sophie is passionate about the Kimberley region and is committed to seeing small businesses thrive.
